For me, this offwhite background is much better. It has a softer feel which makes the photos come off as more "maternal," which is something that was sometimes missing in the more high contrast black background pics. (sorry run-on)
Anyway, critique aside, i think the whole set is strong.
i love how you desaturated the pic (you did right?)! it has a certain 300 glow to it!
Thanks for the comments Hans and Jong. I was trying to achieve a not too materna maternal photo if you get my drift. haha. They are both young mothers kasi. Deng is only 25 while Gail is 24 i think. :)
